The Power Knot BCG-300 grinder allows you to grind bones or other materials before disposal. With this grinder, you can dispose of some items that otherwise you would not put into the LFC biodigester. These include small quantities of bones (typically up to 10% of the nominal capacity each day), stones of fruits including avocado stones, and fibrous materials such as pineapple heads and lemongrass. The LFC biodigester will digest vegetables (especially raw vegetables) better if you put them through the grinder before putting them into the LFC biodigester. The chute prevents the operator from reaching the grinding mechanism for safety. All material is deposited into a bin at the bottom, which you can easily tip into the LFC biodigester or into the bin for use on an LFC-1000 biodigester. The cutting blades are made of heat-treated steel and can be cleaned with a hose pipe. A key prevents use by personnel who are not properly trained and authorized to use the machine.
